StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Las Colinas offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

    Flexologist

    Alison is a Flexologist who believes in the power of preventative care. After receiving her B.S. in Biology and B.A. in English in 2019, and her M.S. in Biology and Biomedical Sciences in 2022, Alison entered the healthcare and innovation space to explore her passion for creating individualized care, increasing patient comprehension, and promoting preventive health. Alison joined Stretchlab to continue her hands-on experience and assist clients with stretching as well as preventative education, accountability, and holistic care. She plans to attend Medical School in the Fall of 2023. Outside of the healthcare space, Alison enjoys turning ideas into a tangible form through different mediums of art including painting, cooking, and craftsmanship.

  • Shyanne Raburn

    Flexologist

    Shyanne graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Science, and a Masters in Athletic Training. She is certified nationally as an athletic trainer and she is trained in multiple techniques that relate to musculoskeletal therapies such as cupping, graston, and massage. She has worked various internships with multiple sports but football is her favorite. She believes that learning about your body and how it moves is such an important part of staying healthy and being active. Shyanne joined stretchlab because she believes in the Flexologist program. Stretching is much more than just staying flexible and active, it is such an important part of life and she wants to help people understand that and learn more about themselves and their body to reach their goals.

  • Gabbi Bowie

    Flexologist

    Gabbi has a diverse background that allows her to help as many people as she can however she can. Gabbi is a former Division I Basketball player. She studied and has a passion for medical anthropology that allows her to be flexible and adaptable for anyone who walks through the doors. Gabbi also has a Masters in Public Health, and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. She has a passion for pediatrics, sports, and everything in between. Gabbi is a certified Flexologist and Contour Specialist who believes in whole body health and wellness. In her spare time, she loves to hang out with her son and family, watch movies, paint, and workout. Gabbi is excited to be apart of the StretchLab Family because she is given an opportunity to tie in chiropractic and stretching theory to better serve the clients, help reach their clients goals, and promote healing and recovery.
