O2 Performance Aquatics fosters well-rounded athletes, excelling in the pool, academics, and beyond. Their developmentally structured program, focused on technique and progressive training, empowers swimmers of all levels to achieve their full potential, from novice to national champion. Our goal is to provide a developmentally appropriate training progression from the youngest novice athlete to the national and international level. Each level of the O2 program is focused on technique first, followed by a progressive training load where athletes are continually challenged and engaged.
